REQUIREMENTS:
• Female, willing to wear hijab during live streaming
• Min. 1 year experience as Live Host
• Height: 157–165 cm
• Weight: 45–53 kg
• Available to live for 35 hours/week
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Tech-savvy, fluent in using TikTok & digital tools
• Passionate about fashion trends
• Charismatic, polite, and professional during live sessions
• Willing to work on-site at Aska Label Studio Office (Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Host regular TikTok Live to promote Aska Label interactively
• Engage with viewers and explain product details (material, size, comfort, styling)
• Maintain a professional, on-brand presence during live sessions
• Use appropriate language and follow TikTok Live guidelines
• Keep brand image positive and suggest creative ideas to improve performance
• Review audience feedback & engagement for improvement
