Job Responsibilities
Plan and host daily TikTok & Shopee livestreams aligned with Indonesian trends, holidays, and promotions.
Present products clearly, engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales during livestreams.
Interact actively with audiences to build engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
Review livestream performance (views, engagement, conversion, GMV) and optimize content with the team.
Support short-video creation and communicate brand values during livestreams.
Coordinate with operations, product, and logistics teams to ensure stock readiness and smooth execution.
Qualifications
Diploma or above; 1+ year TikTok/Shopee live e-commerce experience in Indonesia preferred.
Fluent in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
Confident on camera with strong communication and selling skills.
Familiar with TikTok/Shopee live rules, tools, and features.
Interested in small kitchen appliances; understands local culture and trends.
Sales-oriented, flexible with live hours, and a strong team player.
