Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and provide necessary information to guests



Build and maintain good relationships to ensure an exceptional guest experience



Collect and relay guest feedback for continuous improvement



Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations



Assist in promoting ongoing events or restaurant programs

Requirements





Well-groomed and presentable appearance



Minimum 1 year experience as a GRO, Hostess, or Frontliner in a restaurant or hotel



Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written



Friendly, approachable, and highly service-oriented personality



Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
