Hotel Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategies that maximize resort revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness. This role requires building strong client relationships, driving direct bookings, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Bintan tourism area.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to maximize Resort revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from corporate, travel agents and direct bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and travel agencies.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events, and facilities.

• Handle social media management, content creation, and digital advertising to increase engagement and direct bookings.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

• Ensure consistent brand image across all marketing materials and guest touchpoints.

• Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Events) to deliver excellent guest experience and cross-sell services.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be relocated and based in Bintan tourism area

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hospitality sales and digital marketing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with hands-on experience in social media and content creation (Capcut and any other editing tools).

• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools and hotel VHP is an advantage.
