Houskeeping Supervisor (PE) - Yogyakarta

Property Executive will play a critical role in :

• Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards.

• Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Discussion with the hotel owner regarding improvements to hotel facilities.

• Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar operational role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with hotel owners and on-site teams

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor property quality and ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards

• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and follow-ups
