• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll
• Proficient in using HRIS and payroll systems, with strong understanding of
payroll processes
• Solid knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, tax regulations,
and labor law compliance
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data management tools for payroll reporting and
analysis
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in English is required
• Willing to be placed in Mempawah, West Kalimantan
