Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training Promote a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives Assist with performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development Organize training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR policies Maintain HR records and prepare reports on employee data, turnover, absenteeism, etc. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Resolve employee issues or disputes efficiently Handle sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
