What You'll Do:

Develop and execute employer branding content to enhance company reputation as a great place to work.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Address workplace conflicts, provide mediation, and ensure a positive work environment.

Administer payroll processes, employee reimbursements, and benefits programs.

Ensure HR documentation, contracts, and policies are up to date and properly maintained.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.

1-3 years experience in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.

Strong communication, creative thinking, and content creation skills.

Familiar with recruitment tools and job portal

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passionate about talent attraction, company culture, and employee experience.
