Hiring – HR Officer

Synergy Pro, a consulting company based in Bali, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team!

Location: Bali (open for candidates from outside Bali, if willing to relocate)

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/People Operations
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
Proven experience in handling BPJS, payroll, employment contracts, and WLKP
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Fluent in English is a must
