Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Law, Human Resources Management or Psychology from reputable university Must have a minimum 3 year experience in HR, preferably in Hospitality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical skills and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Understand the Labor Laws, BPJS Health and BPJS Social Security, hospitality relations, psychological test tools and HSE Fluent in English Job location seminyak badung ( on site ) Interview on site priority ( in seminyak ) Please kindly if you are not in Bali, do not apply.
