Job Recruitment :

2. Position is based in Bandung Barat, Indonesia. 

3. Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred.

4. Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency. 

5. 3 years or above of proven working experience as a HR in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry. 

6. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

7. People oriented and results driven

8. Knowledge of HR systems and databases

9. Strong soft skills (i.e., interpersonal, negotiation, project management, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving decision-making skills)

10. Skilled in Ms Excel, Recruitment channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Job Street)

11. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and evaluation methods

12.  Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility :

1. Establish and Implement a Recruitment Flow - Acquisition strategy, resume selection, interviews process, evaluation techniques, employee contract, onboard training, etc.

2. Nurture a positive working environment

3. Manage company’s recruitment site - Job posting, brand activities and other creative contents, etc.

4. Manage payroll related task- Salary calculation, Allowance & Deduction influence by Attendance, etc. 

5. Register and Monitor Employee Data for BPJS Kesehatan & etc.

6. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program

9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
