Job Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze employee attendance data to assess discipline levels monthly.

• Manage employee leave administration (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Permissions, etc.).

• Prepare and report on employee attendance, leave records, and permissions.

• Organize and document training schedules, outcomes, and employee evaluations.

• Support employee engagement initiatives such as gatherings and social events.

• Archive employee and company related documents with confidentiality.

• Update and socialize company policies and regulations to all employees.

• Support KPI processing and evaluations in coordination with Head HR & GA.

• Work in accordance with company values, rules, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management. Psychology, or Law. Min. 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.

• Proficient in English (spoken & written). Skilled in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and related regulations.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, honest, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work on-site at Learning Center Serpong Tangerang.
