Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

1. Lead and Initiate Training Needs Analysis:

- Take charge of conducting comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to systematically identify the skills and knowledge gaps within the organization. This involves collaborating with department heads and key stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing performance metrics, and prioritizing learning needs to enhance organizational performance effectively.

2. Creating L&D Programs and Strategies:

- Design and develop innovative Learning and Development programs and strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes researching industry best practices, incorporating modern learning methodologies, and customizing content to address the specific challenges and opportunities within the organization.

3. Supervise L&D End-to-End Process:

- Oversee the entire Learning and Development process from conception to completion. This involves managing timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring quality control, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and contribute to employee development.

4. Liaise with Regional Learning Regarding Current Indonesia Business Plan and Regional/Global Training Programs:

- Act as a key point of contact with the Regional Learning team to ensure alignment between the Indonesia Business Plan and Regional/Global Training Programs. This entails regular communication, sharing insights, and adapting global training content to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency with overall corporate learning objectives.

5. Deliver In-House Training to Employees:

- Conduct engaging and effective in-house training sessions for employees, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning retention. Provide hands-on support, answer questions, and facilitate discussions to ensure participants gain practical skills and knowledge applicable to their roles.
