GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Male / Female Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree according to the position applied for Relevant experience in the same or similar position is preferred (fresh graduates may apply for certain positions where applicable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented and guest-focused Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Honest, disciplined, and responsible Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Professional appearance and attitude Computer literate (Microsoft Office; hotel/resort systems preferred for administrative positions) For technical/engineering positions: knowledge of maintenance, civil works, landscape management, or technical operations For supervisory/managerial positions: strong leadership and team management skills
