• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or equivalent; Public Health major is an advantage • At least 5 years of experiences as HSE roles in palm oil (Refinery and Fractionation) • Certified AK3 Umum Kemenaker RI, able to conduct incident investigations • In-depth knowledge of legal and government regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with SMK3, ISO 9001:2008, and OHSAS procedures • Experience in refinery and fractionation plants with a focus on safety, waste disposal, and environmental impact • Knowledge and experience managing high and low-pressure steam boiler safety and waste disposal • Ability to develop and maintain HSE reports/documents: KPI, HSE Plan, JSA, HIRADC, etc. • Proficient in English is required • Willing to be placed in Mempawah, West Kalimantan
