- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Proven working experience as an HR Manager in related industry is preferred - People oriented and results driven - Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and analytical thinking abilities - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Proficiency in HRIS (especially Talenta) and the Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay - Willing to be placed in Puri Mansion and sometimes in IDD-PIK 2
