Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including offering, onboarding, compensation and benefits, hands-on payroll processing and computation, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and other HR related support service.

• Responsible for review, development and implement of systems, HR policies and procedures and processes to improve the orientational efficiency of the department in line with the Group and local legislation changes.

• Ensuring the implementation of company policy, SOP, rules and regulations and monitor compliance to be in line with company’s goals and employees’ needs.

• Perform as key local advisor to ensure that company HR practices, guidelines and workflows are in compliance with local legislative regulations and market practices

• To ensure employee’s individual and team’s development plan are aligned to business objective and strategy with the basis for growth

• Handle staffing issue either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource or equivalent.

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in helping a new company build its HR structure from scratch is a plus.

• Have good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules, regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting.

• Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player.

• Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
