Job Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2. Atleast 1 Year of experience in generalist HR functions, preferably from automotive/car dealership sector. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. 4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description :

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Process payroll & incentive data and support compensation and benefits administration. 3. Handle employee BPJS registration, updates, and reporting (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan), including data entry, document submission, and coordination with government portals. 4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
