Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job description creation, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to onboarding.

2. Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

3. Build and maintain a strong talent pool using job portals, community outreach, and other channels.

4. Enhance employer branding to attract top-tier candidates.

5. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve future outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or the creative industry (fresh graduate are welcome).

3. Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of various recruitment techniques.

4. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

5. Target-driven and knowledgeable about industry trends and talent landscapes.
