Jobdesc :
1、Improve the recruitment system, expand sourcing channels, enhance recruitment efficiency, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.

2、Assist in organizational design, job structuring, and drafting job descriptions to optimize human resource allocation.

3、Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure their effective implementation.

4、Plan and implement strategies for compensation and benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations, or supervise their implementation.

5、Build a talent pipeline and succession plans for key positions to support the company’s long-term development.

6、Handle employee complaints and labor disputes to maintain a harmonious labor relationship.

7、Perform other HR-related management duties as assigned.



Qualification :

1、Bachelor's degree or above, under 35 years old. Educational background in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law is preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

2、Over 3 years of experience in human resources management. Prior experience in HR roles within e-commerce, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or channel expansion industries is preferred.

3、Familiar with the full spectrum of HR management systems, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance evaluation. Experience in building HR systems from the ground up (0–1) is a plus.

4、In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices are legally compliant.

5、Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.
