• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position within a hotel, resort, or hospitality industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for selected entry-level positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, is preferred
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (operational positions)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems is an advantage (for Front Office and Human Resources positions)
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
