Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Lean systems. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate garment operational processes as well as supporting processes. Standardize work areas to improve production performance. Collaborate with the Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage and optimize the layout of production and supporting areas. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Experience working in the garment industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role as a Manager or Assistant Manager. Knowledge of and/or experience in managing continuous improvement programs or Lean systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with a digital mindset.
