Job Description for Indonesian Cook at PT Upartners Sukses Bersama

Menyiapkan dan mengolah menu utama sesuai resep standar.
Menjaga kebersihan area dapur & peralatan masak.
Mengawasi kualitas bahan baku sebelum dimasak.
Membeli bahan baku sesuai kebutuhan.
Melatih & mengarahkan cook helper.
Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk memastikan kecepatan & kualitas sajian.

Requirements:

Pengalaman sebagai juru masak, terutama di ayam goreng/masakan Indonesia minimal 1 tahun.
Mengerti standar kebersihan & keamanan makanan (food safety).
Sigap, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja di dapur padat order.
Bisa bekerja dalam tim.
