Requirements : - Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - Have min 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst (having experience in healthcare industry are preferred) - In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios. - Sound knowledge in understanding business process, customer journey, evaluate bottle necks and identify improvements in the processes - Good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in dealing with people - Has a good understanding of IT Product Development and Project Management - Having the right interpersonal and consultative skillsets (Good communication skill to build and maintain customer relationships) - Experienced in system testing (as user representative) and hold UAT session
