Infrastructure Specialist

- Deploy, configure, secure and monitor cloud instances, databases, cache, networking tools and applications/ tools that are not internally developed - Implement and iterate a faster, better and more reliable application code deployment - Perform root cause analysis, resolve, and prevent it from occuring in the future - Monitor, improve and perform necessary maintenance for all deployed applications - Keep updated on the emerging technologiesProvide training and support for internal teams - Collaborate with internal teams on needed infrastructure for the developed applications - Identifies quality and reliability issues in systems they maintainseeks input from teammates and outside experts on systems and feature design;collaborates well with product, support, and other teams - Consistently delivers systems and features that provide significant value to customers and/or other teams; - Responds to customer issues and incidents in a proactive, timely fashion - Understand how computer, and the web works - At ease with Linux console tools and scripts - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud based services is a plus - Setup, configure and troubleshoot across parts of the stack - Solve majority operational issues - Participate in an on-call rotation
