Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase our epoxy grouting products and services.

• Create engaging, informative, and entertaining content that aligns with our brand’s message and values.

• Respond to audience questions and comments in real-time, providing valuable information and creating a positive experience.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Generate sales from live selling through TikTok

• Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate relevant elements into your live streams to maximize reach and engagement.

• Analyze live stream performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve audience interaction and content effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Working hours (We will be more active throughout night time until noon)

  Shift 1: 09:00 – 17:00, Shift 2: 17:00 – 01:00

• Proven experience as a TikTok content creator or live host, with a strong understanding of TikTok’s platform and trends.

• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.

• Knowledge of epoxy grouting and related products is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with live streaming equipment and software.

• Ability to handle live interactions professionally and efficiently.

• A passion for creating and sharing high-quality content.

Competitive salaries : 1. Option 1: 4,000,000 IDR / Month, 2. Option 2: 2,000,000 IDR / Month, which includes free accommodation and two meals a day. There will be commission for each individual that achieve their targets.
