Requirements: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Agriculture. Min. 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge and skills in both hardscape and softscape. Good observation skills to identify existing and potential problems. Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang. Job Description: Supervise landscape implementation to ensure it aligns with the design, specifications, and established standards. Ensure quality of work including planting, pruning, cleaning, and maintenance of plants. Monitor the use of materials and project costs in accordance with the approved budget. Ensure the project runs according to the planned schedule and address any delays or challenges that may arise. Coordinate the activities of all parties involved in the project, such as contractors, gardeners, and other workers. Review and study project documents, including working drawings, specifications, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Site Manager or Project Manager.
