Role Description : - Leverage existing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms and broker-dealers to open doors and open minds to the potential of security tokenization - Grow new relationships to expand the universe of interested market participants - Proactively seek out opportunities for partnerships in the asset to help build a broader ecosystem - Collaborate internally across marketing, product, customer success, compliance, and technology teams to help continuously improve the customer experience. - Proactively communicate insights and key metrics for measuring impact of sales tactics and quality of message on a continuous basis - Understand and explain core products and services as necessary to supercharge pipeline feeds and capitalize on product opportunities. Candidate qualifications: - 10+ years of sales experience in traditional financial services - Must have a deep set of existing relationships across the brokerage asset management community and a strong network across broker-dealers - Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated ability to close business - End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing complex transactions. - Strong presentation and communication skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with a range of stakeholders. - Passion for proactively analysing the business, uncovering trends and shifts in the market, and prospecting emerging channels. - Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach and a bias toward action. - Experience with utilizing a system, and other internal management systems/ policies.
