1. Handle/receive call from customer.

2. Response to customer inquiry (questions, complaints, process update).

3. Verify customer data.

4. Give good quality services to customer in accordance with company' operational standard and procedure.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree of any major.

2. Min. 1 year of experience in customer relation/customer services.

3. Have experience or have knowledge regarding insurance.

4. Have a good communication skill.
