Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.

• Follow trends in the interior design industry and actively learn to stay up-to-date with best practices.

• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase, including preparing and managing quotations.

• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that align with their vision and budget.

• Prepare sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients.

• Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

• Ensure that design proposals are compelling, practical, and aligned with both client expectations and business objectives, contributing to overall project success.

• Play an active role in supporting business growth by ensuring design solutions meet both creative and commercial goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Maintain current knowledge of trends, materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputable university.

• Minimum GPA 3.30.

• 1-4 years of experience in the interior design field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

• Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic.

• Fast learner and able to conduct market research independently.

• Demonstrated ability to execute projects effectively.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Advanced attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively.

• Ability to present design concepts persuasively and align them with business goals, ensuring impactful project outcomes.

• A results-driven mindset with an understanding of how design contributes to overall business performance.
