- Lead the concept design and space planning for luxury interior projects
- Develop design moodboards, materials, finishes, and FF&E selections
- Create detailed 3D visuals and presentation layouts that reflect a refined, elegant atmosphere
- Direct and mentor junior designers to ensure consistency and quality of design output
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is realized perfectly on site
- Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design for luxury residential, penthouse, or hospitality projects
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray / Enscape / Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite
