We’re Hiring! – HR Intern at OXO Group Indonesia (Bali Based) Are you passionate about people, growth, and building strong company culture? OXO Group Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support various HR functions within our dynamic HR Department.

Job Description As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Supervisor and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations, including: Assisting with recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling). Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Helping with attendance tracking and employee database management. Assisting in the coordination of training programs and internal employee events. Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Preparing basic HR reports and documentation. Maintaining digital HR records and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields. Strong interest in Human Resources and people development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willing to be based in Bali or currently residing in Bali. 3–6 months internship duration.
