Key Responsibilities

You will support the success of DLI programs and operations through:

- Training support and event coordination for online & offline classes

- Participant communication across WhatsApp, IG, and other channels

- Assisting in marketing content and social media activities

- Lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting client meetings

- Administration of Payment recording, invoice creation, and program documentation

- Keeping class logistics smooth and ensuring excellent learner experience
