Job Description – FAT Intern

Data Entry & Review
Input transaksi harian ke sistem/Excel. Cek kelengkapan dokumen sebelum diproses.
Support AP/AR
Bantu pengecekan invoice, bukti pembayaran, aging, dan rekonsiliasi sederhana.
Rekonsiliasi Dasar
Cocokkan data bank vs laporan internal. Laporkan selisih bila ada.
Dokumentasi & Filling
Rapikan arsip fisik dan digital: invoice, PO, kontrak, dan bukti bayar.
Support Laporan Keuangan
Bantu kompilasi data neraca, laba rugi, dan ledger sesuai kebutuhan tim.
Tax Administration
Bantu persiapan data untuk e-Faktur, e-Billing, atau laporan pajak bulanan. Tidak pegang final approval.
Analisa Sederhana
Support analisa biaya, cek anomali data, dan buat laporan kecil di Excel.
Koordinasi Internal
Follow up ke departemen lain untuk minta dokumen yang dibutuhkan FAT.
Ad-hoc Tasks
Bantu tugas tambahan: update template Excel, rapikan format, atau cek kesalahan data.
