Job Description : 
- ⁠Manage daily invoice and payments table for project revenue
-⁠ ⁠Back up Project Team related to invoices and collection 
-⁠ ⁠Responsible for follow up receiving and releasing the Bank Guarantee from customer
- ⁠Review and evaluate delinquent accounts, determining appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
-⁠ ⁠Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements, or other resolutions.
-⁠ ⁠Oversee department objectives through the development and execution of budget business plans.
-⁠ ⁠Manage goals and targets for the collection of payments.

Job Requirements : 
-⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
-⁠ ⁠3–5 year's experience as a collections staff
-⁠ ⁠Have strong responsibility, team work and good attitude 
-⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English. Mandarin skills is a plus
-⁠ ⁠Preferable to have experience in Telecommunication industry
-⁠ ⁠The ability to work accurately and independently
-⁠ ⁠Adaptable to work under pressure to achieve project target
-⁠ ⁠Experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
