IT Architect (ERP Odoo)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Architect, ERP Specialist, IT Infrastructure Lead, or in a similar technical role.

• Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, and system integration).

• Hands-on experience with API integration and cross-system interoperability.

• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Experience managing internal servers, networking, and overall IT infrastructure.

• Knowledge of hardware and software administration, including NVR/CCTV systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Job Description

• Design and implement the overall architecture and technical solutions for the company’s ERP ecosystem, primarily using Odoo.

• Plan, develop, and maintain API integrations between the ERP system and other internal/external platforms.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of ERP systems to effectively support business operations.

• Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring data integrity, high availability, and reliable backup processes.

• Oversee and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and hardware/software systems.

• Monitor and manage NVR and CCTV systems to ensure operational stability and security.

• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and external vendors to align technology solutions with organizational needs.

• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to internal IT teams and system users.

• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement within the ERP environment.
