Basic understanding of database concepts



Proficient in using SQL for data analysis



Ability to gather and analyze user requirements, and translate them into clear documentation



Skilled in preparing technical and functional documents



Familiar with Project Management tools such as JIRA



Able to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test cases and test scenarios



Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments



Strong verbal and written communication skills



Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities



Good time management and ability to meet deadlines



Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic work environment
