Requirement:
Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply
Having experience with IT Support and Troubleshooting min 2 years
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate tasks
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong technical troubleshooting with hardware and software (laptop, mobile device, etc)
Expertise with Microsoft 365 products, specifically for Windows 10/11, Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skill
Active English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and delivering result within deadline
Dynamic and agile, adapting quickly to new situations and challenges
Ability to work independently as part of an agile team
Jobdesc :
Provide onsite and remote 2nd layer support after Call Center to investigate End User Computing (EUC) incident.
Active Directory & Azure Intune: check user account, computer account, and security group.
Installation standard software & patches in user computer
Video Conference support and maintenace
Support Special Events and Meetings, such as: webcast, townhall, management meeting, SLT meeting, etc.
Support IT non-Asset verification, such as: handheld, printer non-MPS, smart phone, barcode scanner, etc.
Create report periodically of IT & IT non-Asset verification and engage with users for follow up.
Coordinate and escalate with 3rd party to resolve incident if needed.
