IT Infrastructure & Support (Jakarta)

Responsibility : - Perform IT infrastructure helpdesk and support - Manage and maintain IT Infrastructure (PC/Laptop, Server, Network, Storage) - Investigate and solve issue on user’s computing system (hardware, software, network) directly or by remote - Preparation and installation devices on Branch Offices and/or Events - Perform security audit regularly - Perform documentation Qualification : - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Having good knowledge in IT Infrastructure (PC/Laptop, Server, Network, Windows, Linux) - Have experience in IT Infrastructure and Support (fresh graduate also welcome) - Strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
