IT Intern

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship period. This internship is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT support, systems, and technology operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general IT support and troubleshooting.

• Help maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Support system setup, configuration, and maintenance.

• Assist in monitoring and resolving technical issues.

• Provide support for internal technology-related projects.

• Maintain IT documentation and records.

• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Basic understanding of testing concepts (unit testing, manual testing, QA mindset)

• Knowledge of SEO basics and web performance optimization

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
