- At least 1 year of work experience in the IT field (fresh graduates with adequate  skills will also be considered). 
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude in resolving technical issues.
Technical Qualifications: 
- Proficient in MySQL and SQL Server. 
- Experienced in using Stimulsoft Reports. 
- Skilled in PHP (native or frameworks such as Laravel or Codelgniter). 
- Understanding of basic computer networking (LAN, IP addressing, etc.). 
- Capable of providing IT Support, including software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and printer
- Familiar with CCTV systems, including installation and configuration (Additional advantage) . 
- Knowledge of Cisco Switch and Wi-Fi setup and
management (Additional advantage)
Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Develop and maintain internal systems and applications. 
- Handle technical support requests from end-user. 
- Assist in ensuring the optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
- Create basic technical documentation related to systems and configurations used
