IT Security Operation

Responsibilities:

• Maintain application users effectively to ensure smooth operation and security.

• Grant, modify, and remove user access to applications in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Monitor and manage user access requests and changes, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve access-related issues and enhance security measures.

• Regularly review and update access permissions to maintain security integrity.

• Document and report on user access activities and any incidents or irregularities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT security operations or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of user access management, application security, and SLA adherence.

• Familiarity with security protocols, access control systems, and relevant software tools (SQL Database, Windows, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
