IT Support Intern

The Jakarta Post is one of Indonesia’s most influential newspapers that provides content and services in line with its role as a leading media in the country and Southeast Asia (SEA) region. We are currently looking for an IT Support Intern for 3-months internship.

Responsibilities

1. Support IT Infrastructure: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.

2. Help Desk Support:Provide support to end-users by addressing and resolving technical issues, responding to support tickets, and assisting with user inquiries.

3. Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring the performance and availability of IT systems and notifying the team of any anomalies or issues.

4. Inventory Management Project: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.

5. Documentation: Assist in creating and updating IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

• Passionate with the world of IT operational in an organization with related experience or knowledge in study or internship before.

• Student from engineering-related major. Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on an ongoing thesis work.

• Able to work from the office from Monday-Friday.

• No compensation will be provided, but great working experience may follow.
