Are you an experienced IT person? Understand and master everything related to computers and the basics of computer networks. Master and understand computer applications used by employees and have a spirit of serving users/employees in solving various IT & Data needs.

Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years.

What would you do:

• Manage and record IT assets such as computers, servers, printers, and other devices.

• Perform system installations, both hardware and software.

• Troubleshooting and repair processes for systems/devices that experience problems.

• Knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, other peripherals including CCTV) and the ability to perform basic assembly, installation, and repair (Hardware).

• Provide training and guidance to users regarding the use of new systems or devices.

• Change all computers and network devices connected to the company's internal network.

• Perform regular operating system and application updates to maintain performance and security.

• Provide routine data backups to prevent loss of important data.

• Maintain user data security so that it is not easily accessed, stolen, or hacked without permission.

• Assist with the creation, update, and maintenance of master data within the system.

What You Need to have:

• Minimum education D3/S1 in Informatics Eng' , Information Systems, or related fields.

• Min. 2 year experience in IT Support or similar positions.

• Mastering hardware, software, and LAN/WAN network installations.

• Able to handle troubleshooting quickly and accurately.

• Understand the basic concepts of network security and data protection.

• Thorough, communicative, and have good teamwork skills and quick response.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.
