Asaba Group is seeking an experienced Software Management Staff to join our team in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This is a pivotal role within our growing Information & Communication Technology organisation, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on the strategic direction and success of the company.

What you'll be doing





Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver software projects on time and within budget



Hand on to customization and development project for existing software.



Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the development process, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity



Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise



Monitor and report on software performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making



Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive the company's technological advancement

What we're looking for





Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field



Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Software Support, software management, IT or Technical Support.



Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices



Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders



Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring software development teams



Able to English (Speaking and Writing)
