Junior Data Analyst

General Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong sensitivity to social and political issues, and the ability to translate data from various platforms into in-depth analysis and sharp executive summaries.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze sentiment and conversation trends

• Develop comprehensive analytical reports based on data insights

• Prepare sharp and relevant executive summaries

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant fields

• Candidates with a background in Journalism will be considered a plus

• Experience in Social Media Data Analytics or having completed an internship/project as a Data Analyst

• Strong skills in analytical thinking, data analytics & statistics, and effective communication & collaboration

• Able to produce reports in formal Indonesian with clear narrative structure

• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or similar software)

• Must have a personal laptop/PC with minimum 8 GB RAM

• Easily reachable, including during public holidays, for urgent reporting needs
