Job Responsibilities :





Assist in calculating work volumes based on technical drawings or preliminary designs.



Gather and organize price data for materials, labor, and equipment from suppliers/vendors.



Support the preparation of initial project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities/Budget Plan).



Coordinate with client for basic technical clarifications.



Maintain and archive estimation documents.



Input data into project estimation systems or templates.



Provide support in preparing project bid proposals.

Qualification :





Minimum Vocational High School education majoring in Building Drawing / Construction / Plumbing, Roofing with proficiency in AutoCAD



This position is open for local candidates, preferably those based in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
