Junior Treasury & Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking & Treasury Operations

   Process daily fund transfers, maintain banking documentation, perform bank reconciliations, and support audits.

2. OPEX Payment Processing & Reporting

   Manage OPEX payments, coordinate with vendors, and prepare reports and basic analyses on spending trends.

3. Monthly Closing Support

   Prepare journal entries, support reconciliations, and assist in timely month-end closing.

4. Taxation

   Prepare and file VAT, Withholding Tax, and maintain proper tax documentation for compliance.

5. Cash Flow Forecasting

   Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and identify potential liquidity risks or opportunities.

6. Ad-hoc Projects & Legal Coordination

   Support banking projects, and coordinate legal documents, contracts, and permits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — especially those with strong internship experience in accounting, treasury, or finance operations.

• We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, learns independently, and is eager to grow in a hands-on finance environment.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, SAP). Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
