Position : Kitchen Hand/ Cook or Commis/ Demi Chef De Partie

What You'll Do :

• Prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency, and care.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth, timely service.

• Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures with discipline.

• Support prep, service, and closing duties to keep the kitchen running flawlessly.

• Respect ingredients — waste nothing, rush nothing.

• You have pride in your work, not just technical skill.

• You understand cooking is a discipline and a craft, not just a job.

• You pay attention to details — temperature, seasoning, timing, and presentation.

• You stay calm under pressure and work clean even during peak hours.

• You show up on time, focused, and ready to learn.

Requirements :

• Maximum age: 30 years old

• Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen (Japanese cuisine a plus).

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Able to work as part of a team and take direction well.

• Positive attitude and clean personal presentation.
