Qualification:
• Education : Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for
daily outreach and relationship building.
• Data Analysis: Ability to read and analyze performance metrics using affiliate
software or spreadsheets.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
and troubleshoot backend issues simultaneously.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Famillarity with social media platforms
(Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and affiliate tracking tools.
Responsibility:
• Partner Recruitment: Identify, research, and recruit new affiliate partners
(e.g., influencers, bloggers, creators) whose audiences align with the brand.
Onboarding & Support: Guide new affiliates through the program setup.
• provide them with promotional assets (banners, links, promo codes).
and answer their day-today inquiries.
• Campaign Coordination: Schedule and coordinate promotional campaigns,
ensuring affiliates are briefed on upcoming product launches or special offers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate activity, track key metrics
(clicks, conversions, ROl), and prepare regular performance reports for the
marketing team.
• Program Optimization: Analyze affillate data to identify top-performing partners
and recommend areas for program improvement or A/B testing.
• Compliance & Payments: Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines,
verify tracking accuracy, and assist with payout processing
